NOTICE OF JOB OPENING DEPARTMENT: Sheriff’s Office

POSITION: Detention Officer Starting Wage $17.69/ hour

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Mineral County Sheriff & Detention Supervisor

HOURS: Applicants must be willing to work any and all shifts, which will vary as necessary, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Applicants must be willing to be fingerprinted as part of the thorough back- ground/criminal history check, and will be required to satisfactorily complete on the job training and successfully complete basic training at Montana Law Enforcement Academy.
