VP/Compliance Officer

First Montana Bank is seeking a VP/Compliance Officer in Missoula, MT.  For more than 100 years, First Montana Bank has been a sound, secure community bank dedicated to serving our customers and communities with professionalism and integrity.  We believe that community banking is a business based on building relationships.  We are seeking a VP/Compliance Officer to support our commitment to both our employees and our customers. 

This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the bank's compliance program to ensure compliance with all banking rules, regulations, and laws.  The incumbent also serves as the Disaster Recovery, OFAC & Privacy Officer.  As such, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the Disaster Recovery and OFAC policies are current and communicated to the appropriate staff.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: 

•   a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
•   a minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or training
•   or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•   have the ability to be bonded
•   Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager preferred
