Care Coordinator Tribal Health Department (St. Ignatius)

The successful applicant must have a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license from the State of Montana or compact state. Be a Graduate from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. Two (2) years of nursing experience, with at least one (1) year of ambulatory care nursing experience preferred. OR Be currently enrolled in a BSN program. Five (5) years of nursing experience, with at least one (1) year of ambulatory care nursing experience preferred. Basic Life Support certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred. Certification in Care Coordination preferred, required within three (3) years of employment. Must possess a valid driver’s license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript, certifications, proof of state licensure, a copy of valid driver’s license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $37.78 - $43.43 per hour, may be employed under contract.
